Service Description

Have you ever feel that you don't belong? Are you too sensitive? You get mood swings and don't know why? You might be an empath. Using Astrology as a foundation you will learn how to embrace your hero's journey from a deeper level sessions. Week 1 & 2 - UNDERSTANDING During this stage you will begin to understand who you are, what motivates your thoughts, feelings, and how you communicate. Includes: - Astrology Natal Chart *You don’t need to have any background or prior knowledge in astrology. - Working with the The 4 Elements (Water, Air, Earth, Fire) - Understand and Learn about your own energy Week 3 & 4 - ACCEPTANCE As you learn about yourself and your needs, you will begin to understand others and how to deal with situations that challenge you. Includes: - Family Dynamics. As you learn more about family and ancestral patterns, you will become more accepting of yourself and them. - Personal relationships, Friends, colleagues and significant others. - You will learn practical tools, visualizations and more. Week 5 & 6 - TRUST During this stage, you will begin to let go and find solutions each situation. Includes: -You will learn practical tools to learn how to express yourself and enable you to quiet your mind through mindfulness practices. -You will learn to embrace your energy and understand how to start trusting your instincts. Week 7 & 8 - MIND VS BODY VS SPIRIT During this stage, your will learn the power of the mind, how to listen to your body and how to accept your spirit in a human body.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of the booking. If you must cancel your appointment, I request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to pay the allocated fee for the time booked for the session. Payment is required before the session.
